- Divine Mercy Sunday: Sunday Apr 16th at 2pm we will gather for the Divine Mercy Chaplet and music and prayer. We will also have two priests present for confessions and we will expose the Blessed Sacrament. All of this is to help us each to celebrate "Divine Mercy Sunday." Divine Mercy is a devotion that is traced to Jesus appearing to a nun in Poland right before World War II. In these appearances, Jesus emphasized, over and over, that he loves us and wants us to know that he never wants us to stay away from him but that he wants to embrace us and love us. The devotion is about the great MERCY of God for us (like the Sacred Heart of Jesus devotion.) So the Sunday after Easter remember the great love and mercy of Jesus for all of us and join us from 2-3pm for this event.
